2. Read "Consumer and business buyer behaviour" on pp. 48-55. Answer the questions on pp. 56-58. Be ready to participate in a roundtable discussion on the article dealing with these questions:

b. Did you agree or disagree with the information?
c. Do you have an opinion on any of the issues?
